Terms of Service

DesignStation is operated by MXSSXTTFXAY ALMEMAR (مصطفى المعمار), trading as DesignStation at designstationai.com. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.

The operator’s name is given as it is recorded in the machine-readable zone of the operator’s Iraqi national identity card, where the Arabic name is transliterated into Latin letters under ICAO Doc 9303.

DesignStation generates creative content using artificial intelligence — images, videos and marketing material. We may modify or update the service at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and you agree to tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

Your content: you keep ownership of the content you create with the platform. You grant us a limited licence to display it inside your own account.

Our platform: the design, code and brand of the platform are protected by intellectual-property rights and belong to DesignStation.

You agree not to:

• ✕ use the platform to create unlawful or abusive content
• ✕ attempt unauthorised access
• ✕ resell or redistribute our services without written permission
• ✕ use the platform in a way that harms other users
• ✕ create content that infringes another party's intellectual-property rights

You are responsible for holding the rights to any photograph you upload, including where it shows another person.

The platform runs on credits. Credits are deducted for each generation, and the cost is shown before you confirm. Subscriptions are monthly and do not renew automatically. We may change plan prices with prior notice.

Credits are a unit of use inside the platform. They are not stored value, not a payment instrument, and carry no cash redemption right. Refund terms — what is refundable, what is not, and within what period — are in the subscription and refund policy.

The service is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You may close your account at any time through the data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

We may amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the product. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment means you accept the updated terms.

DesignStation is available as an app inside ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT itself is governed by OpenAI’s terms, not by these; these terms govern the DesignStation service the app calls.

Nothing is sold inside ChatGPT. Credits are purchased and managed only on designstationai.com. Inside the conversation you can spend a balance you already hold, and the exact cost is shown before anything is charged — no payment details are ever entered there.

Confirming an order in the app spends credits and cannot be undone once the render has been dispatched. See the refund policy for what happens if a render fails.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version governs.
